Abhishek is the founder of Just Rojgar Solutions, an enterprise that works for the employment-enhancement, education, skilling, re-skilling, training, and mindset mapping of the masses of Indian population. Abhishek established JustRojgar.in – a technology platform for employability, and Just Learn – tech-platform for skilling / education, with a vision to meet the future requirements of India.
A Civil Engineer from Jamia Millia Islamia, Abhishek has 8 years of experience in construction engineering, turn-key projects, real-estate, project management consultancy, and procurement management.
At a young age, Abhishek turned towards entrepreneurship and channelized his knowledge of handling large-scale projects by working extensively towards employability, career counselling, provision of manpower solutions to help businesses grow and sustain.
In 2018, he received the Young Entrepreneur Award in Char Saal Bemisaal and in the same year he was awarded the Maulana Mohammad Ali Jauhar Young Achiever Award by Jamia Millia Islamia, Central University.
Abhishek is also an angel-investor with interest in providing seed-funding to promising startups in the fields of technology, social-entrepreneurship, and employment / education.
Co-Founder and Director
Aakriti is the Co-Founder and Director of JustRojgar.in, Just Learn, and Just Hoshiyar. Aakriti comes from a marketing & communications background, having worked in the corporate sector for close to a decade.
She started her career at Adfactors Advertising, where she worked with clients in multiple industries ranging from FMCG, BFSI, Oil & Gas, automobiles and OEMs to Services, Electronics, Healthcare, Hospitality, among others. Later she moved to Havells India, where she worked as Marketing Manager, devising and executing product launch strategies, promotion plans, and branding exercises.
Aakriti was instrumental in establishing the CSR and Sustainability division of Havells, and has worked on-ground across the company's manufacturing facilities to visualise and implement sustainable practices.
Aakriti did her schooling from Army Public Schools, New Delhi, and pursued her Bachelors in Mass Media from Indraprastha College, Delhi University. She also holds an MBA from The Energy & Resources Institute (TERI).
Shailendra brings more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience in a variety of industries. He started his career in the pharma industry in the early 1980's.
His entrepreneurial instincts led him to co-found a pharmaceutical formulations company in 1983. He managed and grew his business for almost 2 decades and exited in 2000.
Over the past 10 years he has been on the Boards of EYAS Ventures Private Limited, Rajasthan Education and Development Trust, Stork International GmBH, and has advised several domestic and international companies in Healthcare, Power, Minerals, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Chemicals. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of financing and managing cross-border relationships such as joint-ventures, strategic partnerships, etc.
Shailendra completed his schooling from the Sherwood College, Nainital before obtaining a B.Sc (Chemistry) from Lucknow University. He obtained his MBA from Lucknow University
Nihal has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Wealth Management and Strategic Relationship Management in Delhi, Abu Dhabi and Dubai where he managed high net-worth clients, including Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Abu Dhabi Drilling Company, private accounts of His Highness in the UAE.
He was responsible for trade finance and fund-management with UNB. Prior to that, he worked with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Dubai where he was responsible for loan syndication. Nihal represented the lead bank in the initial public offer for Emaar Properties, a major global project developer.
Nihal started his career with the United States Foreign Commercial Services, Delhi, a subsidiary of the US Department of Commerce.He has a wide network of high-level relationships in the private and public sectors. His assignments have included conceptualizing and implementing solutions for telecom operators. Presently he manages relationships with one of India's largest domestic financial institutions.He is also a moderator for various Social Entrepreneurship initiatives. Nihal has an MBA from Aligarh University.
Sanjay is an alumnus of XLRI and a seasoned HR professional. In his 30 years of professional career, he has been into regional/ national HR leadership role for various Indian business houses and MNCs in IT / ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment and Real Estate sectors.
He has worked closely with the CEOs / CXOs and provided HR leadership in multiple organizations. He has been instrumental in setting up successful businesses from start-up to further growth and expansion, mergers and acquisitions and also managed organizational transformations for different organizations.
During his professional journey, he was associated with some of the reputed organizations like HCL Technologies, BirlaSoft, CMC, Canon India, New Holland Tractors, DLF, etc. He is also a professional coach and extends his help as an Executive Coach/ Leadership Coach to people who are in the leadership positions, Business owners, Entrepreneurs, Younger generation professionals and enables them in maximizing their potential to become more and more successful in their professional as well as personal life.
Dr. Rihan Khan Suri
Dr. Rihan is a professor of Mechanical Engineering at the prestigious Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.
A Mechanical Engineering Graduate with Post Graduation in Marketing Management, and a Ph.D. in Management, Dr. Rihan Khan Suri has over 24 years of combined experience in academics and the industry. He currently heads the centralised university placement cell as Training and Placement Officer at Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.
Dr. Suri has also written a number of papers covering diverse topics on Technology, Innovation, Sustainability, Leadership and Employability and Entrepreneurship.
